Salary: $14.00-$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Work in the office for at least 3 hours, 3 days of the week to process daily accounting tasks
- Manage Accounts Receivable: deposit checks, receive customer payments, etc.
- Manage Accounts Payable: process mail, pay invoices, collect new vendor paperwork, and set up new vendor accounts in Quickbooks
- Review and code weekly credit card charges from the team
- Reconcile monthly statements
- Review time sheets and process bi-weekly payroll
- Reporting and miscellaneous accounting tasks
- Familiarity with Quickbooks accounting software
- Familiarity with Construction Industry is a Plus
- Keen attention to detail for data entry
- Able to organize large amounts of information
- Strong computer skills (Google Suite, MS Office, etc.)
- Quickbooks: minimum 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: minimum 1 year (preferred)
